Let’s just hope the next time him and Lindsay Lohan get caught, the California Law System out there will put them behind bars longer than a week or month. Each one deserves a 3 1/2 year sentence and a 10 year probation when they get out. And then if they choose to mess up within that decade of probation, we could put them behind bars for a full 10 years.

She is one of the brightest and best young singers currently out there. Her recent album has been selling like hotcakes. At a recent awards show, she swept all the music awards from her female competition and beat some male singers too. Her name is Adele and I can’t wait to see what she sings next for us. I expect her next album to be just as big as the one she currently has out. I really haven’t had a chance to listen to many of her new songs, but I know her fans love all the Adele new songs. Whether she is singing old songs or new songs, other female singers have their work cut out for them.

Beyonce and Adele in a Duet Together?

Apparently someone asked Adele if she would want to sing on the same stage as female singer Beyonce and Adele said “let’s go for it“. It seems some people believe Beyonce and Adele are about the same level, but I think most would agree that Adele is above and beyond all female singers at this time and point. For Beyonce to win any awards over Adele, she would need help from her thug friends, who tried to say she was better than Carrie Underwood. Not only did they say it, but decided to say it, as they were handing Carrie Underwood a singing, musical award; which she won over Beyonce. Some people like to play the race card 24/7 and don’t understand, when better talent does come along and beat their idols. Obviously a duet with Carrie Underwood and Adele would be in more demand by music fans; than with Adele and Beyonce singing a duet together. Either way, Adele would be stepping down to assist them and it wouldn’t be them doing her any favors.

A lot of great female singers above. Obviously Lady Gaga is the most entertaining female singer on the planet right now. Her pairing up with anyone, would be a hot concert ticket to get. Have you been keeping up with the new movies currently playing in theaters? If so, I would like to have some more information about this new movie called Hunger Games. I hear a lot of folks talking about it. I was curious to know what the “buzz” was all about? I have no idea what this new movie Hunger Games is about and if its the plot that is making movie fans go out and see this one. It might not be doing too well at the box office, but I assume it was doing good, since so many people are talking about it.

I was watching a story on the local news the other day and they had a little girl on. She was talking about movies in general and how a historic theater in her hometown might be closing down. This old theater still uses projectors and the old style of films. Today everything is digital and for the historic theater in Georgia to remain open, it must upgrade all of their projectors and films to digital. The young girl, who was about 7 or 8 years old, was talking about a couple of recent movies she has seen at this old timey movie house. She said she wanted to see the movie Hunger Games, which apparently was playing at this 1 screen theater, but her mother would not let her. The other news people laughed at the little girl for saying that and it got me to wondering if this movie was an adult only movie. After seeing a few movie posters and the way the box looks for the movie itself, I don’t think its a movie for only adults. Perhaps the older teens could watch this new movie, but I don’t know that for sure.

She agreed with me and said that is probably one of the reasons why we both like it so much.

We all know that cell phones can offer you the World at your finger tips. I think everyone should own a cell phone and especially for emergency purposes. When you really break it down, telling the time is the only thing the cell phone can do, that matches the watch. A stylish watch can offer its owner so much more in other areas, that a cell phone can’t do. A watch is better suited for matching up with a specific clothing outfit, as compared to a cell phone. A watch tends to have a longer life span and in some cases, they get passed down from generation to generation. You can’t pass your cell phones down, since they are out-of-date 2 weeks after you buy them.

While cell phones are not going away anytime soon, I think the same can be said for our watches. They are much more than just a time piece on our wrists and their ability to hold value and memories, is something the cell phone can never compete with.

How would you like to own a car like the one in the picture above? A Corvette is already a super-sharp car in 2012, just imagine if it got the tank wheels with it. It would certainly be a head-turner out on the highway. I know automobiles have a long ways to go and this technology is important to all of us. Just too many people dying out on the roads and we must put a stop to this. No one should be dying in auto crashes in the 21st century. The car companies, manufactures, and even the stores that sell auto parts, can all do their share, to improve our safety out on the roadways.

I don’t know if the tank wheels on a car would make us safer, but there has to be a better design; than the 4 wheel rubber look we have today. I know tech geeks are already working hard in several other industries, to improve human safety. I think if we put safety 1st in every tech field known to man, we could make this a better world. No more teens dying on our streets. No more late night phone calls from the hospital or police departments, to notify parents their child has been in a automobile accident. We must strive harder in this century, so we can let our children and grand children of today, have a safer driving future in the 22nd century; since it appears we have failed before and during the start of the 21st century.

Where do you think technology will lead us one day? It doesn’t have to be auto related. Please give a prediction or something you would like to see invented or made better, in the next 10 to 15 years. Or any other tech news you would like to share with us; which we might get to see in our lifetimes. The tech jobs are still in the top 5, as far as highest paying salaries per year. As long as that stat stays in the top 5, we know our men and women are still doing their parts, to make this World we live in today even better!

As it stands now, we have 2 teams left in the NFC and 2 football teams in the AFC side. Both conferences will pair their two best teams against each other this weekend. The winning team from each game, will be the team that gets to go play in the big football game, which we like to refer to as the Super Bowl. Yes, this is the grand daddy of them all. The Rose Bowl is not even close and especially since the Pac 12 football conference has slippled lately, with the USC Trojans being banned from bowl games and other restrictions. It looks like more trouble is headed USC’s way and every high school football player in America today, must avoid the USC recruiting efforts for their football program. No football player attending college in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 should not have the USC Trojans as one of their chosen schools to attend. Maybe after the 2016 season, these guys can remove their self from the black cloud, that now hangs over the entire Southern California football program and their rich college boosters and sponsors who support USC (or once did?). Best two football conferences and the ones who will get high school players in a big time bowl game, are the SEC and ACC schools in college football.

However, college is over now and congratulations to the Alabama Crimson Tide for being the top SEC Team; which is a little more prestigious, since the best football is played in the South. So any year really, the top SEC football program is the “TRUE” NCAA College Football Champions. The BCS Rankings, the BCS Polls, and all of the BCS Bowl Games take a back seat to the great football, that is played in the South Eastern Conference Stadiums every Saturday.

It is now time for the National Football League to crown their champions for the 2011 season, by playing the Super Bowl in 2012. Who is your favorite NFL Team? Are they still alive in the NFL Playoffs? Do you have a “horse” in this race for the game on Super Bowl Sunday?  I am not confident about my predictions this year, since we have already seen some big surprises in the playoffs this year. I will go on record and say the 49ers and Patriots are the two teams; which will play in the 2012 Super Bowl this year. It won’t surprise me one bit, if neither one of these teams make it. I do see the San Francisco football team being in the playoffs for a long time to come. These guys are young and put together great drafts in the April NFL drafts each year. They are very much like the Detroit Lions and made all the right calls on draft day. I look for the Lions and 49ers to have success beyond this year and both teams will win a lot of post-season football games over the next 8 years or so.

Really it doesn’t matter who wins the actual Super Bowl game. Both teams get celebrated very heavy and both get to enjoy amazing weeks with the fans and the media. So overall, both teams are champions, once the morning of Super Bowl Sunday arrives. The kick-off and everything after that, is just a small consolation prize, because the real rewards already got handed out and paid before the teams ever stepped out on the field.
